Liz Moisant (Jillann’s Muse and Consultant) A 70 year background in communications was cemented in the 4th grade when she watched her sister playing the lead in “Caddy Wood Lawn” with dyed red hair. She thought, “That’s me!” She was then a cackling witch sliding down a grade school banister in a school play, in the Evanston children’s Theatre, “Titanic,” a singing politician in E.T.H.S., the mom in “Skin of our Teeth” at Northwestern’s High School summer program. On to Grinnell and Summer Theatre…later acting the lead in “Tiny Alice” and Readers’ Theatre, directed by Bea Friedman for Hull House, and Sheldon Patinkin’s Shakespeare venture at Second City. Educational & directing pursuits in Oak Park with the Village Players, the Recreational Departments and School District 97. Too old to remember all the leads but the vignettes were sublime!
